HDSA specializes in the fabrication of large FRP vessels. Our repertoire of projects have provided us with a sound background of expertise, enhancing our capabilities in designing and fabricating FRP equipment that conform to various industrial and international standards such as ASME RTP-1, ASTM D-3299 and D-4097, Australian and British standards.
Our joint venture with FEMech Engineering has further allowed us to extend our production capabilities with the introduction of a large diameter filament winder.
Fully computerized, this large diameter filament winder allows fabrication of tanks up to 22 meters in diameter with an immense flexibility in the required height of the tank.
Fabrication is not restricted to within our manufacturing facility. Depending on the requirements of the project, fabrication with the large diameter filament winder can also be carried out at the site of your choice.
